1. How to Cancel

Bookings can be cancelled or modified by contacting us directly on call or WhatsApp with your booking name and check-in date:

2. Cancellation Timeline

• 48 hours or more before check-in — full advance amount refunded
• 24–48 hours before check-in — partial refund of advance amount
• Less than 24 hours before check-in — advance amount is non-refundable
• No-show on the confirmed date — full advance amount is forfeited

3. Date Changes

If your plans change, we allow a one-time date modification free of charge, subject to room availability, when requested at least 24 hours before the original check-in date.

4. Early Check-Out

In case a guest checks out earlier than the booked duration, charges already paid for the remaining nights are non-refundable.

5. Group & Peak Season Bookings

During major festivals, temple events, or group bookings, a stricter cancellation window may apply and will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Force Majeure

In rare situations beyond our control (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), Sanwaria Bhawan will work with affected guests to reschedule the stay or process a fair refund.
